- We reserve the right to ship your package with a Signature Required if we deem it necessary. This will not only protects your order to make sure that it arrives according to the order, but also allows us to handle any issues with non delivery of orders by the shipping carrier.
- Please note our Shipping Schedule for information about delivery and transit times for the different shipping options.
Returns:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Overdrive Electronics prior to the return of any merchandise. If you ordered from our website, please log in to your account and click on Completed Orders. For the order that you wish to return, you can click on Return Items in order to get an RMA number. If you ordered from us, but not on our website, please use our contact form and send all the appropriate order details in order to get your RMA number. Products returned without a RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- RMA numbers are valid for a period of 15 days only.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
- Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from Overdrive Electronics sale date. After 30 days, all product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.)
- A copy of the customer invoice/ receipt must be included with all returns. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
- Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for a refund.
- Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at Overdrive Electronics' discretion. Non-defective opened products will NOT be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be refunded, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned per normal Overdrive Electronics policies.
- Items designed for consumer use but that have been used commercially are not eligible for return
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs
**Please note that Overdrive Electronics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do our best to mediate any issues with orders. We only allow up to one week after the expected delivery date to put a trace on the package. After this time, we are unable to trace packages per the shipping carriers regulations.**
